I am a Registered, Licensed Dietician with over 30 years of nutrition based work. I find counseling others, based on their unique needs, to discover  what holds them back from living a life that they find very happy and rewarding. If we feel healthy, confident in our skin, our minds -it is all achievable. I do this with you through collaboration in a judgment-free, safe space to achieve your special dreams and goals. I find this the most rewarding and inspiring thing I can do. I am truly at a point in my life that I feel I can  help others live a life that they find most fulfilling.  I find this the most rewarding and inspiring thing I can do at this point in my own life. I bring years of experience and continued growth in science based research to meet your special needs. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition from Northern Illinois University and my Masters in Health Care from St Louis University.
