I have been a registered dietitian since 2008. I have a diverse background with culinary training. I have worked in the inner city and in Amish areas. I currently work for a non-profit meals on wheels provider as the Operations Dietitian. I write menus and develop recipes. I also develop the menus for other agencies. I have a passion for working with diabetics since I have a family bond with them. I am a cat lover, we have 12 rescues currently. I grew up on a farm and returned here a few years to live. I also believe everyone has their own story and not one meal plan fits everyone, and it needs to be individualized.
