My passion for nutrition began with a deep interest in how food affects our overall health. I started reading nutrition blogs and, in the process, began cooking with foods I had never even heard of before! I was amazed at how simple, whole foods could make such a difference. This newfound interest led me to pursue a career as a dietitian, earning a Bachelor’s in Nutrition from Oregon State University and a Master’s in Nutrition & Dietetics from Texas Tech University. With over 8 years of experience in clinical and public health nutrition, I’m here to help you find a practical, sustainable approach to nutrition that fits your life.
If you work with me, you can expect to feel validated and supported, but be prepared to put in some work! The changes we make will be simple, but that doesn’t mean they’re always easy. Together, we’ll break things down in a way that works for you. When I’m not working with clients, I’m reading fiction (thrillers are my go-to) or enjoying simple, quality time with my husband and toddler. We focus on finding balance in the busyness of life, and I’m here to help you do the same.
