Hi, I’m Ramsha! I’m a registered dietitian with a Master of Public Health from UC Berkeley, and I specialize in weight management, diabetes (pre and post), PCOS, and food allergies & sensitivities. My practice is rooted in evidence-based care, where I work collaboratively with clients to create personalized nutrition plans that support both their health and lifestyle goals.
Clients working with me can expect a supportive, non-judgmental space where we focus on sustainable changes. Whether it’s balancing blood sugar levels, managing PCOS symptoms, or creating meal plans that accommodate food sensitivities, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. I believe in empowering clients to develop a healthy relationship with food, and I use techniques such as intuitive eating and motivational interviewing to help you make lasting changes.
On a personal level, I’m a mom who loves spending time with my family and experimenting with new recipes, especially for those with dietary restrictions. I’m passionate about what I do because I’ve seen firsthand how transformative nutrition can be in managing health conditions and improving overall well-being. I became a dietitian because I believe that everyone deserves access to nutrition knowledge that supports both their short-term needs and long-term health.
I’m excited to help you navigate your health journey. Let’s work together to create a plan that’s tailored just for you!
