I’m a passionate and empathetic registered dietitian who takes a fun-loving, judgment-free approach to nutrition. My specialties include sports nutrition, type 1 diabetes care, hormonal imbalances, plant-based eating, and general wellness. As a former athlete and an RD who has worked in a high-level training center, I understand the unique demands of fueling performance. Being a type 1 diabetic myself, I also bring personal insight and compassion to helping clients navigate the challenges of managing diabetes.
From PCOS to thyroid disorders to amenorrhea, I have extensive experience helping both women and men restore hormonal balance. Nothing excites me more than following my clients’ journeys and celebrating the transformations they achieve through personalized, sustainable approaches.
