I am a Boston-based Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition & Metabolism Research who has had extensive training through Boston University and Brigham and Women's Hospital. My goal is to provide evidence-based support and education, while using a therapeutic approach tailored to each client’s unique needs, food beliefs, schedules, and habits. I help clients from 20-80+ make diet and lifestyle shifts that result in renewed energy, better sleep, and achievement of health goals. As an athlete myself with a history of colitis, I have made it my mission to focus on chronic health conditions, gut health, weight loss, perimenopause/menopause, and sports nutrition to help my client’s reach their full health potential through sustainable change.
My Approach: I prefer to take an active partnering approach with each of my clients. No matter where you are on your journey, I am dedicated to providing you with education, support, and empowerment in order to build new habits to improve your health. I work with a diverse range of clients to help address barriers to change and build upon current skillsets.
Personal: I love food, living near the ocean, and time with my two dogs and hubby :)
