I am here to support your physical, mental, and emotional journey to wellness. My philosophy is one that focuses on the whole person and in a way that feels supportive and never judgmental. Together, we can come up with a plan that fits your lifestyle and mood. There is no “one size fits all approach” because a healthy life should be flexible and realistic! At every session, we will set achievable goals that will set you up for success. The end goal is sustainable lifestyle changes to keep you healthy and most of all happy. There is no pressure to be perfect because none of us are. My only ask is that you be open to trying new things!
I finished my Nutrition and Dietetics degree at the University of Connecticut in 2010, and for the last 14 years my focus has been on helping individuals obtain the goals they have made for themselves. I’ve worked with those diagnosed with prediabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol. I believe that a diagnosis of any one of these conditions should not define you. It is instead a jumping off point to making those sustainable lifestyle changes that will help you lead a happier and healthier life.
