I have a deep passion for food, nutrition, and food science. I believe in creating nutrition plans uniquely tailored to each individual. As a licensed dietitian with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition from Michigan State University and a Master’s degree in Food Science from the University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign, I bring 20 years of experience to my practice. I am certified in transplant nutrition and motivational interviewing, with extensive experience in transplant nutrition, chronic kidney disease, dialysis, cardiovascular health, diabetes education, weight loss, pediatric nutrition, and meal planning.
As an expert in food ingredients and processing, I enjoy focusing on how these elements impact our diets and overall health. In my role as a part-time professor in nutrition, I prioritize education and strive to empower my clients with knowledge about how food is processed in their bodies. My goal is for you to feel confident and equipped to make the best health decisions for yourself.
In my spare time, I love cycling, skating, playing tennis, and spending quality time with my family. I am passionate about helping you achieve your health goals and look forward to working with you!
