Welcome! I'm Tristan. I believe in a personalized, collaborative approach to nutrition. Our sessions will focus on getting to know you—understanding your goals, motivations, and challenges—so we can create a plan that’s tailored to your unique needs. Together, we’ll set small, achievable goals each session that build on each other over time. I’ll hold you accountable, while also problem-solving any barriers that come up along the way, adjusting your plan as needed.
My focus areas include weight loss, intuitive eating, blood sugar management, PCOS, menopause & post-partum nutrition, gut health & IBS, and diet optimization. If you’re navigating any of these, we’re likely a great fit to work together.
Credentials & Experience:
I’m a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s in Clinical Nutrition, and I’ve had the privilege of counseling clients from all walks of life for four years. I also spent five years owning and operating a restaurant, creating both nourishing and satisfying meals that catered to different tastes.
A little about me personally:
I love to swim, bike, and nordic ski, and I’m the proud mother to a wonderful baby daughter. I’m passionate about food that not only nourishes the body but also brings joy to life, and I believe that balance is key.
Why I became an RD:
I decided to become a dietitian after realizing that many health issues could be avoided or improved through nutrition and preventative care. I wanted to focus on helping people make informed, lasting changes to support their long-term health. And, let’s be honest, I also love food—both the science behind it and the joy of enjoying a great meal!
