Hi, I’m Gabrielle Scott, a registered dietitian with a Master’s degree in nutrition from Loma Linda University. I am dedicated to promoting accessible nutrition and fostering positive sustainable lifestyle habits. My journey towards becoming a dietitian was shaped by a series of meaningful experiences that ignited my passion for supporting others on their path toward health and well being.
Before delving into the world of nutrition, I served as a birth doula, providing compassionate support to over 80 families during the precious journey of childbirth. I developed expertise in recognizing the distinct requirements of each individual and delivering customized support.
As a personal trainer, I had the privilege of guiding those on their fitness journeys, helping them harness the transformative power of movement to enhance their lives. Through personalized training programs, I witnessed firsthand the incredible resilience of the human body and mind and the profound changes that can occur when we prioritize our physical well being.
These experiences inspired me to pursue a career in dietetics, where I could combine my passion for nutrition with my love of supporting others on their journey toward health and vitality. Today I am dedicated to empowering my clients to embrace intuitive eating, gentle movement and self-care practices that honor their unique strengths and nourish their body, mind and soul.
Beyond my professional endeavors, I am a playful and compassionate individual with a sense of humor and a commitment to self- growth. When I’m not guiding clients on their journey toward health, you can find me soaking up precious moments with my 4-year old daughter, indulging in my love for crocheting cute stuffed animals, experimenting in the kitchen, savoring a cup (or 2) of coffee or moving my body in ways that bring me joy.
I invite you to join me on this transformative journey toward vibrant health and true wellness. Let’s embark on a path of self-discovery, unlearn harmful diet culture, find convenient ways to nourish, improve body acceptance and nurture your well being
