I embarked on my journey in Dietetics at Texas Tech University, where I completed my dietetic internship in San Angelo with a specialized focus on Medical Nutrition Therapy. After fulfilling 1,000 hours of supervised practice, I earned my licensure and have since dedicated over three and a half years to private practice in Addison, TX. My primary areas of expertise include weight loss, diabetes management, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and more.
With thousands of hours of experience in diabetes education and management, I’ve successfully guided countless clients to improve their health. On average, my clients lose between 4-12 lbs per month and see a significant reduction in their A1C levels by 2 points or more within just a couple of months.
Before earning my licensure, I gained invaluable experience as a diet technician at an eating disorder clinic. This role gave me deep insights into the complex relationship people have with food, shaping my balanced and compassionate approach to nutrition.
My passion is rooted in food, fitness, and empowering others to reclaim their health. I am dedicated to helping my clients take control of their well-being through mindful eating and sustainable lifestyle changes—without the need for medication. My mission is to make a lasting, positive impact on my clients' lives, proving that healthy eating can be simple, delicious, and transformative. In a world where obesity and diabetes are on the rise, I focus on nutrition and lifestyle modifications as powerful tools for health and healing.
