Welcome to our practice page! My name is Zuge, a Registered Dietitian with a passion and a mission to empower and support adults living with pre-diabetes, gestational diabetes and diabetes type 1 & type 2. We equip those individuals with the needed skills and knowledge to maintain optimal blood sugar through food and nutrition. It’s our goal to provide the best care and services to our clients. We are board certified diabetes care & education specialist and earned our Master’s degree in nutrition from the City University of New York- Brooklyn College.

Our expertise extends Medical Nutrition Therapy care to adults who are with high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, and weight concerns. We provide person-first, person-centered and individualized care.

Outside of our profession, we enjoy reading, taking road trips and listening to music.
