Welcome! My passion is to empower adults living with diabetes with the tools and knowledge needed to maintain optimal blood sugar through food and nutrition. I am specialized in diabetes care, as a Diabetes Care & Education Specialist. I earned my Master’s in Nutrition from the City University of New York- Brooklyn College.

My expertise includes Medical Nutrition Therapy for high blood pressure, high cholesterol, high triglycerides, weight management and mindful eating in adults. I provide person-first, person-centered and individualized care because each person is unique.

Outside of my profession, I enjoy reading, taking road trips, listening to music and trying out new recipes with my family.
