I’m a bilingual Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist with a unique approach.
I don’t lecture on what you “should” and “shouldn’t” do, or hand out old-fashioned diet plans you won’t follow. Instead, we collaborate to create diet and lifestyle strategies that work for you and are aligned with the goals you set for yourself. For a nutrition plan to work, I believe it must be balanced, realistic, and allow for some wiggle room to enjoy the best things in life. Since that’s different for everyone, I’ve learned to listen to what motivates people to want to stay well or get better. I help find the underlying factors that contribute to weight gain, hormone imbalances (in women and men), chronic digestive issues, and allergies. Often, these factors are related and need to be addressed together.
With a Master of Science in Dietetics and Nutrition, my methods are evidence-based and backed by research. I also have an Integrative and Functional Nutrition certification, so you can be sure I’m not a “one-size-fits-all” type of nutritionist.
