I earned my degree in nutrition and dietetics and have spent my career helping people simplify food, improve their health, and build more positive lifelong habits. Outside of work, I love spending time with my family, experimenting with new recipes, and getting outside whenever I can. I also enjoy a good book, a strong cup of coffee, and making time for movement that feels good—whether that’s a long walk, a Peloton ride, or a strength workout.
