Allison Jones, RD

Hi, My name is Allison. I am a Registered Dietitian with 12 years of experience in nutrition. I graduated from Texas Woman's University for my Bachelors, and from Texas Tech University for my Masters and Dietetic Internship. I have lived in the Texas Panhandle most of my life and am here to bring nutrition care to areas where access is limited. I work with multiple health conditions including GI (FODMAP, IBS, Celiac disease), diabetes, weight management, and general healthful nutrition for adults of all ages. When working with clients, I encourage looking at all aspects of health including stress, sleep, activity levels, and nutrition. I have made lasting changes in these areas as well after years of chronic dieting that has helped take away the stress of eating and just enjoy life! In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, taking cooking classes, traveling, reading, and walking my two dogs. I look forward to helping you along your journey today!
