The more I learn about food as the best preventative medicine for a long, functional life, the more my desire grows to help others establish the habits and routines needed to achieve these successful outcomes.
I value functional health strategies because I want my body to be capable of the things I need from it. Whether taking part in adventurous hobbies or the constant movement of work and family rhythms, we ask a great deal from our body every single day. Achieving a state of healthy living allows us more freedom to enjoy our passions and relationships to the fullest extent.
Weight loss, cardiac health, blood sugar management and establishing healthy food mindsets are my areas of greatest experience, working alongside countless patients and clients to achieve lasting results. I teach strategies, not quick fixes. My expertise is always tailored to individual goals and health priorities. Many of my clients have overcome battles with emotional and stress eating and reduced or removed symptoms stemming from poor gut health by finding healthier habits and routines that work for them.
