Healing your relationship with food can feel overwhelming - especially in a world shaped by diet culture. Whether you’re navigating eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting, or feeling stuck in unhelpful patterns with food or movement, you deserve support that feels compassionate and sustainable. Together, we’ll work toward reconnecting with food in a way that feels nourishing, flexible, and free from guilt and shame. I recognize how deeply diet culture can shape the way we think about food and our bodies, and my goal is to help you reconnect with eating in a way that feels nourishing, flexible, and free from guilt and shame. Together, we’ll work toward creating a more peaceful, sustainable way of relating to food - one that supports both your physical and emotional well-being.
As a dietitian with 7 years of experience, I’ve worked across multiple levels of eating disorder care, including residential, PHP, IOP, and clinical hospital settings. I provide weight-neutral medical nutrition therapy and actively challenge weight bias in healthcare. I’m passionate about helping clients untangle nutrition misinformation and step away from rigid food rules that no longer serve them.
In our sessions, we’ll explore your health history, your experiences with food, and your relationship with your body in a space that feels safe and collaborative. I’ll support you in challenging unhelpful thoughts and patterns while building a more grounded, intuitive approach to eating that honors your individual needs. Over time, our work will focus on reducing stress around food and helping you feel more confident and trusting in your choices.
Outside of my practice, you can usually find me spending time outdoors - hiking, biking, or relaxing by the ocean - often with my dog, Finley. I also love exploring new restaurants, thrifting, and winding down with my Kindle.
If you’ve ever felt stuck in cycles of dieting, overthinking food, or feeling disconnected from your body, you’re not alone. I help people heal their relationship with food and movement, rebuild trust with their bodies, and find a more peaceful, flexible way of eating - free from guilt, shame, and rigid food rules, so eating can feel less stressful and more supportive.
