Amanda Figge, RD

Amanda is a dedicated dietitian wellness professional who is committed to empowering individuals through personalized nutrition approaches. She understands that food is not just fuel for the body, but also a nourishment for the mind and soul. Amanda acknowledges that each person is unique and tailors her guidance and lifestyle recommendations to meet individual needs and preferences.

Amanda earned both her bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Illinois State University. She then went on to work in a large fast-paced multidisciplinary clinic for over 12 years. In that time, she developed a passion for women’s health and an expertise in sports nutrition working with athletes of all types. Her skill set is showcased in sports nutrition, weight management, prenatal and postpartum care, fertility, PCOS, gut health, insulin resistance and helping individuals overcome chronic dieting and improve their relationship with food.

As a wife and mother of 3, Amanda understands how chaotic life can be and helps her clients focus on flexible and sustainable approaches to achieving their health and wellness goals. Outside of nutrition, Amanda loves spending time with her family, lifting weights, going to baseball games and is an avid Wheel of Fortune fan.
