Amy Gluck, RD

I am a Registered Dietitian after receiving my Master’s Degree from the University of Michigan and completed my dietetic internship at the University of Michigan.  I have worked on community nutrition projects with the University of Michigan, I have been a Clinical Nutrition Manager at a State of Michigan hospital, as well as a Clinical Nutrition Manager at the Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital.  I have taught nutrition college courses at Wayne County Community College and also worked as a Sports Dietitian at Eastern Michigan University.

It turns out, my nutritional knowledge really helped me in my Ironman training and racing.  I worked my hardest to help my training partners with their nutritional questions and help them achieve their goal weight, gaining muscle mass and loosing body fat percentage.
