With caring, compassion and deep listening, I help support you to make sustainable life-transforming changes in your nutrition, eating habits, mindset and lifestyle to truly thrive. I use a non-diet, self-compassion and mindfulness-based whole person approach informed by mindful eating, intuitive eating, functional and integrative nutrition, mind-body medicine and Health at Every Size (HAES). I also bring my skills as a mindful eating expert, certified Well Nourished Health Coach, and certified mindfulness meditation teacher to help support you to have greater balance, peace, self-compassion and joy in your relationship with food, nutrition, weight/body-image and your life. I am author of the book “Well Nourished” which was chosen as one of the “Best Mindfulness Books of 2020” by Mindful Magazine and a certified teacher of the Mindfulness-Based Eating Awareness Training program. I have a Master’s Degree in Public Health Nutrition from UC Berkeley and am founder of the Mindful Eating Training Institute. I also lead workshops, retreats and trainings in mindful eating internationally. One of my greatest joys is sharing nutrition and well nourished living with others while offering a safe and inspiring setting to make the changes that make a difference in your life.
