Anett developed a passion for nutrition throughout her personal training career as she was not only coaching her clients to exercise, but she also motivated them to live an overall healthier lifestyle through nutritional encouragement and making healthier choices. Anett grew up as a student athlete so both nutrition and exercise have always been important to her, but it was during her personal training career when she decided to become a Registered Dietitian.
The reason why she selected dietetics as a career is because she wanted to improve individuals’ quality of lives through nutrition. She believes that good nutrition not only positively affects our mental, emotional, and physical state and well-being but it also helps in the prevention of certain conditions, illnesses, and diseases.
Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, gastrointestinal issues, renal disease and those who need help with weight management. Anett has additional passion for physical activity and exercise as they play a vital role in maintaining health and preventing disease.
Anett believes that everyone deserves nutritional care and practices with a compassionate and supportive approach.
Anett graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from Western Michigan University and completed a Master of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics from Western Michigan University as well. Furthermore, she also has a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Health Promotion from Florida Atlantic University.
Anett enjoys working out, walking, playing with her dogs, reading, swimming, roller blading and building puzzles.
