Hi, I’m Anna Begolli, Registered Dietitian and Sustainable Weight Loss Coach based in Boston, MA with over a decade of experience partnering with busy women on their weight loss journey to build sustainable nutrition and lifestyle habits that fit every season of life. Together, we’ll focus on simple, evidence-based tools that help you take confident action, build on your strengths, align your habits with your values, and build an intentional relationship with food—without dieting and restriction.
