She started as a food engineer but soon realized processing food wasn't the answer. This led her back to school to become a dietitian. She believes, "There is a process to go unprocessed with food," and loves saying, "More colors on your plate, more colors in your life," reflecting her belief that good nutrition influences physical, emotional, and mental health.
She is now a certified intuitive eating counselor and yoga teacher, regularly attending food conferences to stay updated. She has also completed professional chef classes and worked with various chefs because cooking is a main key to health.
Her approach to nutrition is non-diet, culturally based, and focuses on sustainable meal planning. She believes weight is a byproduct of lifestyle, metabolic state, and genetics, and is not the main focus in her sessions. She uses lab work to design individualized supplement plans, as food alone often cannot resolve deficiencies.
She expands her knowledge by attending various food conferences. She loves cooking and creating new recipes, paying attention to the beauty of food.
She believes, "Whatever we eat becomes part of us and therefore it needs to be pretty,".
In her free time, she explores farmers' markets and restaurants, practices yoga, travels to exotic countries, and hikes beautiful mountains.
