Anouk Shelton, RD

Hi - My name is Anouk, and I'm excited to work with you! I've been a Dietitian since 2017, and have worked in a variety of different clinical settings that give me a unique and well-rounded approach to Nutrition. I have specialty experience in the area of Diabetes Management and Nutrition Support (tube feedings) and generally love providing Medical Nutrition Therapy to those who need it. I started my own private practice in 2022 because I noticed the lack of accessibility to Nutrition Counseling in my area. I've worked with clients in a weight management setting, though I do have a health-first approach, and believe that health can be achieved at a variety of different weights based on the individual. This is why I like to get to know my clients very well and also make individualized plans based on what works best for you. I love including intuitive eating practices, and help people overcome past misconceptions about diet, food, and nutrition, while still considering their past medical history and their own personal goals.
