Background
I am a Registered, Licensed Dietitian, and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with over 13 years of experience in providing nutritional counseling, and am the owner of NutriSpace LLC, a private practice based in PA. My focus work areas are Diabetes and its prevention, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, Weight management, Kidney disease, Gut health, PCOS, Thyroid disorder, Pregnancy nutrition, and wellness. I have a master’s degree from India and second bachelor’s degree from West Chester University. I have had the experience of working in both in-patient and out-patient settings and currently work for Lehigh Valley Health Network in PA. My journey to become a dietitian began when I experienced first-hand, the relief of minor ailments using herbs/spices/food tips provided by my grandma and that started my quest to figure out if food can be used to treat chronic diseases.
I am multilingual and am fluent (speaking and reading) in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi languages. My free time is mostly spent being with my lovely family, listening to music and playing with my dog.
