Avery Scuderi, RD

My name is Avery Scuderi, and I am a registered dietitian specializing in treating disordered eating and eating disorders. With over six years of experience in residential and outpatient care, I have worked with individuals of all ages, particularly adolescents. I am actively pursuing my Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS) certification and am dedicated to continuous education and professional growth.

I am passionate about helping others navigate the overwhelming nutrition information on social media. Having witnessed the conflicting messages of diet culture, I believe we can only do better once we know better. I am committed to providing fair, unbiased healthcare to all, regardless of body size. My work is deeply rooted in Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size (HAES), to help individuals relearn to trust their inner wisdom and build healthier relationships with food and their bodies.
