I have 15 years of experience in a wide-variety of settings and a spectrum of nutrition concerns. I hold a Bachelor's Degree from Olivet Nazarene University and a Graduate Degree from Eastern Illinois University, as well as a Board Certification in Pediatric Nutrition. My work experience includes forming personalized nutrition plans for weight loss and overall health, instructing college nutrition courses, treating eating disorders, and the bulk of my career has been in a medical setting. I am highly experienced in Medical Nutrition Therapy working with conditions including IBD, Celiac Disease, kidney disease, heart disease, failure to thrive in infants and children, multiple food allergies and weight loss. My passion for nutrition started during my years as a high school and collegiate athlete. I enjoy helping people of all ages feel their best by feeding their bodies properly. Personally, I enjoy staying physically active at the gym or at home, I always look forward to a vacation or weekend away, and my favorite leisure time is spent on adventures with my two daughters.
