Greetings. My name is Brenda Brasfield-Johnson, RDN LD, and the health and wellness of my clients is my passion! I am a registered dietitian and license in AL, GA, FL
I have more than 19 years of experience in the Nutrition/Dietary field, and during my career I have helped thousands of clients achieve their nutritional goals. I also have had experience in a number of different types of healthcare, ranging from Public Health to Senior Living, and I look forward to using this expertise to help you become the best version of who you can be.
My journey to become a Nutritionist started in 2003, when I received a Bachelor of Science in Human Environmental Science from the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa, which also happens to be my hometown. Growing up just minutes from the U of A campus, I was close to very successful football teams, and it has always driven me to pursue the same type of success in everything I do. That was the main thing I took from my time as a student, and it stays with me to this day.
