Whether you’re managing (or hoping to prevent) a chronic condition like diabetes, high blood pressure, or high cholesterol, working to improve your energy and athletic performance, or simply aiming to find balance and feel your best, I’m here to help you thrive.
My personal journey with nutrition started young. I grew up a dancer, which sparked my interest in food and movement, but also exposed me to the realities of negative body image and diet culture. That experience is a big part of why I chose this career—to help others break free from harmful patterns, build a positive relationship with food, and feel empowered in their nutrition choices.
Professionally, I earned my B.S. in Dietetics, Nutrition & Food Science from the University of Vermont in 2022, completed my Dietetic Internship at Baylor University in 2023, and officially became a Registered Dietitian that same year. Most recently, I wrapped up my M.S. in Nutrition & Dietetics with a concentration in Sports Nutrition from Texas Tech University in 2024!
Over the last two years, I’ve had the opportunity to work in outpatient oncology, hospital inpatient care, and 1:1 telehealth sessions. No matter the setting, the thing I’ve loved most is connecting with people, helping them cut through the overwhelm, and seeing firsthand how nutrition can truly transform lives.
Outside of work, I’m a Vermont native now living in Texas with my husband (newlyweds!) and our two pets. I love finding new restaurants, going for walks with my dog, lifting at the gym, reading a good book, and grabbing a strong cup of coffee. And I’m always down for a good couch session with a binge-worthy show, so don’t be shy—ask me what I’m watching when we meet!
