Cassy Rivard is a Registered Dietitian, a Certified Personal Trainer, and a Diplomate of Lifestyle Medicine, who helps with emotional eating, muscle gain, fat loss, cholesterol, blood pressure, triglycerides, and A1C reduction. Cassy is also plant-based and enjoys assisting others in incorporating more plans in their diet or going plant-based themselves.
With Cassy, individuals can expect to get crystal clear on their goals and participate in a deep dive into their nutrition-related history, food preferences, lifestyle, what’s worked in the past and what hasn’t, so the two of you can create a plan together.
Cassy firmly believes that lifestyle changes hinge on habits, which in turn rely on managing stress and prioritizing sleep. Without these foundations, cravings overpower us, leading to inactivity and overeating. That is why stress management and sleep optimization are the first steps when working with Cassy.
