Meet Chelsi Webster, PhD, RDN, CD
Hi! I’m Dr. Chelsi Webster, and I’m passionate about helping people achieve optimal health by integrating nutrition from a faith-based, holistic perspective. I grew up in rural Wisconsin and earned my bachelor’s degree in dietetics with a minor in Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. After taking a year off for illness, I completed my PhD in nutritional sciences at Texas Tech University, specializing in clinical weight management under the guidance of Dr. Nikhil Dhurandhar, one of the world’s foremost obesity researchers. With a personal and professional background in functional medicine, I blend the best of Western and integrative nutrition to help my clients thrive.
What to Expect
In our sessions, I’ll work with you to help steward your body as God intended – supporting you in becoming the healthiest, most integrated version of yourself. Whether you’re managing weight, navigating digestive concerns, addressing autoimmune issues, or seeking to optimize longevity, I take a whole-person approach to health. My mission is to guide you toward a joyful, peaceful, and healed life, with personalized strategies rooted in evidence-based nutrition and Christian values.
My Focus Areas
I specialize in weight management; digestive disorders like IBS, IBD, and food allergies (of which I’m unfortunately all too personally familiar); autoimmune diseases; diabetes; mental health; metabolic syndrome; sports nutrition; and healthy aging. Each issue is just one piece of the puzzle – I aim to honor the entire human person, from conception to natural death, through a Christian lens.
Credentials and Experience
I have years of experience working with clients in clinical, research, and integrative settings, with a focus on weight management and functional medicine. I’ve worked alongside top professionals in the field and use this expertise to bring the best care possible to my clients.
A Little About Me
Outside of my practice, you can find me biking the Old Abe Trail, experimenting in the kitchen, or volunteering. I love spending time with family and friends, reading, writing, and researching new ways to serve my clients better.
I became a dietitian because nutrition is one of the most powerful tools God has given us to heal, grow, and flourish. I’m excited to help you on your wellness journey!
