I am a registered dietitian with a Master’s in health promotion, and I specialize in helping individuals build a healthier relationship with food through a compassionate, non-diet approach. With years of experience working in substance use recovery, mental health, and eating disorder treatment settings, I understand the complex role that food plays in emotional and physical well-being. My work focuses on helping clients move away from restrictive food rules, guilt, and shame, and instead cultivate balance, mindfulness, and sustainable habits that truly support their health.
Originally from Connecticut, I now call sunny South Florida home. My passion for nutrition grew from a desire to help people heal—both physically and mentally—through food and self-care. I believe that everyone deserves to feel comfortable and confident in their body, and my approach is centered around meeting you where you are, without judgment or pressure. Whether you’re navigating recovery, struggling with body image, or simply looking to create a healthier lifestyle without the overwhelm of dieting, I’m here to provide the support and guidance you need.
When working with me, you can expect a collaborative, individualized approach tailored to your unique needs, lifestyle, and goals. I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all nutrition plans—my goal is to help you develop realistic, lasting changes that feel good both physically and mentally. Together, we’ll explore ways to nourish your body, improve your relationship with food, and build confidence in your choices so that you can live a healthier, more balanced life on your own terms.
