I’m Christina, a registered dietitian since 2017. Originally from North Carolina my family and I now call the Quad Cities area of Iowa and Illinois home. My approach to nutrition counseling focuses on education and support. My goal is to create an experience of discovery and empowerment that is tailored to each client. I’m versed and interested in a wide range of chronic conditions and would love to help you work with your body instead of against it. Whether you need help managing a complex chronic health problem or have questions about the newest diet trend I would love to collaborate with you.
