My name is Christine, and I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) specializing in gut health. With a background in acute and long-term clinical settings, I focus on helping ambitious women with sustainable life changes that get them FED spiritually, mentally, and physically.

My interest in food and nutrition began in high school, but my passion for being an RDN emerged from my own gut health struggles. For over a decade, no doctor could diagnose what was truly wrong. After investing significant time and money, I finally found answers and began healing my gut. The key was implementing sustainable changes that allowed me to enjoy life, both at home and while exploring the world.
