Hi, I’m a Registered Dietitian with 8 years of experience and a 5-year background in mental health, which gives me a unique lens for supporting the whole person—not just their food choices. I specialize in eating disorders, emotional eating, disordered eating, and general nutrition. My goal is to help you break free from guilt, stress, and confusion around food so you can feel more confident, at peace, and empowered in your daily life.

Outside of work, I love exploring the world through travel and soaking in the natural beauty of Arkansas, where I live. When I’m not outdoors, you can find me enjoying 90s and 2000s throwback music, spending time with my two cats, or creating cozy, beautiful spaces at home. Some of my favorite hobbies include walking outside, hiking, Pilates, riding my e-bike, salsa dancing, roller skating, and diving into DIY or creative projects.
