Danielle Starmer is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a focus on digestive and kidney health. After earning her degree from Samford University and completing her Dietetic Internship at National Healthcare Corporation, she embarked on a personal journey of healing her own IBS and discovering a balanced relationship with food and body image. This transformative experience fueled her passion for guiding others towards improved gut health, leading her to become the first RD in Alabama to complete low-FODMAP training.
Motivated by her own grandfather's battle with kidney disease, Danielle has dedicated herself to assisting dialysis patients in achieving optimal nutritional health. As a certified Kidney Health Coach through the American Kidney Fund, she has worked with hundreds of patients, employing a weight-neutral approach to promote gut healing and kidney maintenance. Through her work, Danielle empowers individuals to make lasting changes while fostering a supportive environment for their healing journey.
