Denise Reynolds, RD

Hi!  My name is Denise and I am excited to meet you!

I am a Registered Dietitian of more than 20 years and I have worked with many different populations young to old.  I have experience in weight management, diabetes, cardiovascular rehabilitation, and most recently, oncology survivorship.  My love of learning new things is evident by the alphabet of letters I have accumulated after my name.  In addition to being a Registered Dietitian, I am also a Certified Yoga Teacher, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Health and Wellness Coach. 

I believe that each of us has the ability to achieve great things and my goal is to help you identify your own strengths and abilities to help you with your nutrition goals.

I am located close to Charlotte North Carolina, have been married for almost 30 years and I have two wonderful daughters who are now grown.  I love to read, crochet, and watch Broadway musicals.  My greatest accomplishment this year was completing the Chicago Marathon in October!
