Emily is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, certified by the Commission on Dietetic Registration. She completed her bachelor’s and master’s degree in dietetics at Mount Mary University. Emily draws on her own experience battling diet culture to help her clients become happy, healthy, and confident in the body they are in. She is passionate about providing inclusive care and helping others heal from years of disordered eating. Because of Emily’s passion in helping eating disorders, she does not promote or aid in intentional weight loss. She does not believe there is one ideal diet, but rather believes in making sustainable lifestyle changes that are realistic for each individual. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants, reading as many books as possible, and being a cat mom to her big cat (Blue) and little cat (Lilly).
"I have a passion for helping people become healthy, regardless of your shape or size. Through intuitive eating and HAES approaches, I can help you take that step forward towards health and body neutrality. I believe that health does not have one single size and know that anyone can become healthy AND happy in their own body. I want to help you switch your health focus from weight centered to weight inclusive."
