I hold a Master of Science degree and completed my Dietetic Internship at Loyola University Chicago. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist with four years of clinical experience, I focus on healthy eating and chronic disease prevention and management. I also specialize in nutrition for organ transplants and movement disorders, including Parkinson’s disease.
On a personal note, I enjoy exploring new recipes, particularly vegetarian ones, baking, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
