Background
I believe everyone should feel great and be able to live life to its fullest. I keep busy by planning my next adventure, reading, forever learning, exploring, laughing, and growing. I have 5 dogs that keep me moving, find peace in nature, have a positive outlook and keep things light. I started out in mental health/ED, and have spent 5+ years in dialysis working closely with diabetics, HTN, gut issues etc. Being able to make a difference is what keeps me motivated.
