As a Registered Dietitian specializing in eating disorders, disordered eating, and sports nutrition, I help athletes, dancers, and active individuals heal their relationship with food while optimizing energy, performance, and well-being.
I earned my MS and Certificate in Sports Nutrition from Simmons University and completed my 1,200-hour dietetic internship at the University of Minnesota, where I trained in a specialized eating disorder track. In addition, I am a certified STOTT Pilates Instructor with over eight years of experience helping individuals strengthen their mind-body connection, build core stability, and improve postural alignment.
My passion for nutrition and movement stems from my 17 years as a competitive Irish dancer. This experience deepened my understanding of how proper nutrition and mindful movement work together to support both performance and long-term health. Now, I combine this knowledge with my clinical expertise to guide clients—whether they’re struggling with under-fueling, disordered eating thoughts, or body image concerns—toward a more balanced and sustainable approach to food.
Outside of my nutrition practice, I teach in-person Pilates Reformer private sessions and group classes. I love experimenting with new recipes, going for walks, traveling, reading, and discovering new restaurants and coffee shops.
I believe food should be both nourishing and enjoyable. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can build confidence in fueling their bodies without guilt or fear. If you’re looking for a supportive and knowledgeable guide to help you navigate nutrition and movement in a way that feels good, I’d love to work with you!
