Welcome! Are you constantly thinking about what to eat next? What’s “healthiest”? In turn, do you find yourself overly restricting food, snacking at night, or avoiding foods you love? You deserve to nourish yourself confidently, intuitively and healthfully.
Nutrition can be confusing. But it doesn’t have to be! Consistently praised for my ability to explain complex topics with ease, I can help clean up any nutrition myths and give you the tools you need to move forward.
I have experience working with pediatrics, teens and adults. I enjoy working with a wide variety of people. Some of my favorite areas include PCOS, eating disorders/disordered eating, prenatal nutrition, general healthy eating, pediatrics, and heart health.
When we meet, you can expect a curious, warm, evidence-based approach with a heavy dose of humor. Working together as partners, we’ll keep it down-to-earth without losing sight of our goals. Comfort and personalized care are my top priorities and we may make a goal list, meal plan, SMART goals, or structured topics to demystify and discuss.
I feel strongly in developing nutrition habits that fit in with your life. For example, we may discuss ways to eat out at restaurants that feel effortless and healthy. After all, dining out is a great joy of mine!
Together, we can work to build lifelong nutrition habits that are entirely customized to you. We’ll uncover ways of eating that allow you to live a fuller, healthier life.
A bit about me:
I attended graduate school at Teachers College, Columbia University and completed my dietetic internship at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital. After completing my training I worked inpatient at NYU Langone covering pediatrics, eating disorders, adult ICU and gastroenterology. I now work back at NYP caring for both adult and pediatric patients. I am newly married and live in NYC with my husband and our cavapoo puppy, Cooper. I do like to cook but don’t think cooking should be expensive nor time consuming. I’m a homebody and enjoy watching documentaries, reading non-fiction books, and spending time with my family (I’m a twin!).
You’re already making progress towards healthy change by being on this site! I would love to be part of that journey.
