Hi! I am Emily, a Certified Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Queens College. My career began in a subacute rehab facility, and I now provide nutrition counseling via telehealth, allowing me to reach and support clients in the comfort of their own homes. At our practice, I focus on what I like to call “the no diet, diet,” offering individualized care tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals. In addition, I love working with perinatal, prenatal, and postpartum moms to support their nutrition during pregnancy and beyond. I became a Registered Dietitian because I believe that diet is crucial to our overall wellbeing and that having a healthy relationship with food is essential. I also saw the overwhelming amount of misinformation people face daily through social media and wanted to provide science-based, compassionate care. When I’m not working, I enjoy baking sourdough, exercising, and spending quality time with my husband and our two sons.
