Emma is a Registered Dietitian based in Denver, Colorado. She received her Master of Science in Human Nutrition from Oregon Health & Science University. She also holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Iowa State University.
Today, she runs a virtual practice that addresses stress from a mind-body perspective. Using both modern science and functional nutrition aspects. She is a passionate home cook and is happiest spending time in nature.
Emma is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She is committed to staying up to date on the latest research. Emma has a breadth of experience in diabetes, pediatrics, sports nutrition, weight management, and eating disorders.
