Eric is a holistic public health-trained nutrition provider and educator. His education is in both Western and traditional Eastern health practices. , public health, nutritional science, various manual therapies, personal training, and martial movement arts. Along with a master’s in public health degree, he holds a doctoral degree in acupuncture and integrative medicine which when woven together help to form the foundation of his naturalistic approach and nutritional therapy practice style.
Through a mind-body paradigm that incorporates an optimal diet, movement exploration, and stress management techniques we will attempt to develop and restore the innate healthy life force patterning.
Can eating be a mindfulness practice? Turn off the autopilot, become aware and connect, for real. Reduce the stress that eats away at our longevity. Together we will work to minimize negative thoughts, ideas, and behaviors by introducing small actions that create lasting change that ripples from the individual, through the family, and into the community at large. Besides education, nutritional therapy sessions will be comprised of honest discussion, dialogue, and feedback.
