Completed Dietetic Internship with Sage College of Troy, NY.
Over the years I have practiced in the Critical Care setting, adjusted Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition prescriptions. Acute Care setting provides opportunity to develop skills addressing the nutrition implications of several disease states and conditions.
In Long Term Care setting, adjust meal patterns to promote overall health for healing or glucose control as well as managements of chronic kidney disease.
