I help my clients navigate the sometimes confusing diet information that can make it difficult to know where to begin a path to better health. My personal experience with disordered eating led me to become a dietitian to help others improve their quality of life through making informed and individualized nutrition choices.

I have over 20 years experience providing Medical Nutrition Therapy for many health concerns including weight management, diabetes, heart health and GI disorders. Within my family I have had personal experience with Crohn's disease and cancer, which has driven me to be even more passionate about health and fitness. I am a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist and I have created robust nutrition and health programs that have helped many make positive health changes.

In my spare time I love to fuel my fitness with tennis and walking my dogs. I also love to cook and bake and I enjoy chocolate and ice cream and that’s okay! Let me join you on your journey to create an action plan to help you achieve sustainable and realistic nutrition goals.
