Dr. Fay Kazzi has a BS and an MS in Nutrition and Dietetics, is a registered dietitian, and earned a PhD in Rehabilitation Science at Loma Linda University. Her clinical research was on the effects of a probiotic blend on bariatric sleeve gastrectomy patients and has been published in peer reviewed medical journals. She is also the author of a best selling cookbook. Her therapeutic interests include weight management, pre-diabetes/diabetes, insulin management, recipe development/meal planning, gut health management, and balancing women's nutritional needs throughout the lifecycle.
