Meeting clients where they are at and making small sustainable changes is something that is close to my heart. We are all human, we all have different levels of motivation but I hope to give you the tools you need to make realistic changes. I have recently recieved my Certificate of Training in Obesity for Pediatrics and Adults. I am also working on becoming a certified diabetes care and education specialist. I would love to help you work towards your goals!
