Francis Eddy, RD

Hello, I’m Francis Eddy, a passionate nutrition expert and health advocate dedicated to empowering individuals to lead healthier and more fulfilling lives. My Master’s degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from PACE University and my working experiences as a clinical dietitian (2 years) provides me with the knowledge, practical experience, and personal enthusiasm to all aspects of health and wellness that I would love to share with you.

My interest in how food impacts health has led me pursue this career path to help others.

Outside of academics, I am passionate about  cooking, physical fitness, meditating and enjoying the outdoors.  My personal journey in self-care continues to give me the confidence, resilience and mental clarity that helps me function optimally in my day-to-day life.
